AnalogX End User Licence Agreement

1. ACCEPTANCE AND LICENCE

This EULA is a legal agreement between you and Analog X Ltd. It applies to all Analog X software, including plug-ins, applications, installers, audio content, presets and extensions (the “Software”). By downloading, installing, activating or using the Software, you agree to this EULA. The Software is licensed, not sold. Analog X grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence for personal or commercial audio production work. A 14-day evaluation licence may be offered for personal evaluation, provided “AS IS”, and expires automatically.

2. ACTIVATION AND DEVICE LIMITS

A paid licence is granted to one user and may be activated on up to two computers/devices owned by that user. A device may be deactivated through the user account to transfer a seat. One single-user licence covers no more than two simultaneous playback/DSP nodes; multi-user or institutional use requires a separate site agreement. Serial numbers, licence files and account credentials are personal. Analog X may suspend or revoke licences suspected of piracy, sharing or unauthorised distribution.

3. RESTRICTIONS & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Analog X and its licensors retain all rights in the Software, graphics, audio-engine algorithms, documentation and branding. You must not modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or derive source code; extract IRs, sample tables or DSP outputs for competing products; use the Software, its output, presets or audio data to train AI/ML or audio-cloning systems; copy, rent, lease, sub-license, lend, host or commercially exploit binaries or licence keys; bypass DRM or activation systems; or publish public performance benchmarks or competitive analysis without prior written authorisation.
