AnalogX Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: 27 October 2026
These Terms govern use of the AnalogX website, customer account portal, online storefront, payment processing, and purchases of digital software licences, expansion packs and presets.

Agreement, Accounts, Orders and Digital Delivery
1. GENERAL & AGREEMENT
This agreement (the “Terms”) is a legal contract between you (“Customer”, “you”) and AnalogX (“AnalogX”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales. These Terms govern use of analogx.co.uk, the customer account portal, online storefront, payment processing, and purchases of digital software licences, expansion packs and presets. By creating an account, browsing our website, or purchasing products from AnalogX, you agree to these Terms. Software installation and runtime execution are additionally subject to the AnalogX End User Licence Agreement (“EULA”).
2. USER ACCOUNTS AND SECURITY
You must provide accurate registration details and are responsible for safeguarding login credentials, serial numbers and licence files. Account access must not be shared or transferred. AnalogX may suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraud, chargebacks, licence sharing or piracy.
3. ORDERS, PRICING AND TAXES
Prices may change without notice and are shown inclusive or exclusive of VAT or local sales tax as indicated at checkout. Payments are handled by secure third-party providers including Stripe, PayPal and Klarna. If a price or specification is displayed incorrectly because of a typographical or system error, AnalogX may cancel or refuse an order before licence-key delivery.
4. DIGITAL DELIVERY & UK STATUTORY CANCELLATION RIGHTS
Digital software and electronic licence keys are delivered after successful payment. A 14-day fully functional software trial is available to test compatibility before purchase. UK and EU consumers ordinarily have a 14-day cancellation right, but by requesting immediate digital delivery or activation you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that the cancellation right is lost once downloading begins or a licence key is generated. Completed paid transactions are final and non-refundable except where mandatory law requires otherwise or a duplicate transaction is verified.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & WEBSITE CONTENT
Website text, graphics, interfaces, designs, logos, audio demonstrations, preset files and software code belong to AnalogX or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not scrape, copy, reproduce, frame or mirror the website or proprietary promotional and audio material without prior written authorisation.
Licensing, Privacy, Liability and Governing Law
6. SOFTWARE LICENSING OVERVIEW
A software purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive licence to activate and use the Software on up to two personal computers concurrently, as detailed in the EULA. Licences, serial numbers and promotional or NFR keys cannot be resold, gifted or assigned without express written authorisation from AnalogX and any applicable administration charge stated in the EULA.
7. BETA SOFTWARE & PRE-RELEASES
Products marked Beta, Early Access or Pre-release are supplied “AS IS” for evaluation and testing and may contain bugs, instability or DSP errors. Warranties are excluded to the maximum extent permitted by English law. Payments for paid beta access or pre-release bundles are non-refundable except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
8. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
Personal data is processed in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Please read the AnalogX Privacy Policy at analogx.co.uk/privacy-policy and Cookie Policy at analogx.co.uk/cookie-policy.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms excludes statutory consumer rights or liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to those exceptions, AnalogX’s total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim. AnalogX is not liable for indirect, special, incidental or consequential losses, including lost studio revenue, lost profit, corrupted project files or hardware failure.
10. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and any non-contractual disputes are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
11. AMENDMENTS & SEVERABILITY
AnalogX may update these Terms. Revised terms apply to later purchases and website activity from publication. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
