A Mastering Converter That Changes Everything
The AnalogX Hacienda Mastering 122 AD is not just another tone tool. This is the capture of one of the most revered and expensive mastering converters ever made, combined with a bespoke analog front end that defines Hacienda’s signature sound.
At the heart of this pack sits a meticulously modelled Gold AD122 MK3 converter, widely regarded by mastering engineers as the finest AD converter ever built. Worth well over ten thousand dollars in hardware form, this converter is legendary for its depth, openness, transient accuracy and musical clarity. We did not stop there.
Before the converter, we captured a modified Knif mastering controller fitted with custom aftermarket op amps, creating a unique analog signal path that gently shapes tone before conversion. The result is a mastering grade AD emulation that adds warmth, openness and cohesion without sacrificing detail or precision.
This is end to end conversion tone. The final polish. The last stage that makes digital recordings feel finished.

⚙️ How to Use It
Set your source to a -18 average level using the sweet spot meters in Genesis
Start with Red Drive at unity for the most accurate reproduction
Increase Red Drive to explore deeper saturation stages
Use Left or Right files normally as Genesis runs dual mono automatically, or split 2 mono instances of Genesis and run separate L/R instances for true stereo operation.
Ideal as the final insert on buses stems or the master chain
This pack rewards subtlety. It is designed to be mixed into rather than slapped on at the end. Even small amounts of drive can transform flat digital audio into something alive and finished.
