The Entry Point into the Genesis Ecosystem:

Genesis Core v2.1.0 is the entry-level version of our flagship plugin, built for users who want the full Genesis sound and workflow in a CPU-only format. It loads the same HQ 2 emulations and updated AnalogX add-on packs as the wider Genesis ecosystem, while remaining focused on users who do not need GPU acceleration.

This means Genesis Core is not a cut-down sound engine. It is a CPU-based version of Genesis that still delivers the same high-end analog emulation experience, the same gain-staging workflow, and the same library compatibility, just without GPU processing.

At the centre of Genesis Core is the same smarter workflow introduced in v2.1.0. Sweet Spot metering, CAL input calibration, improved gain reduction metering, dual-action volume matching, and True Stereo emulation loading all help make the plugin easier to use, more accurate, and better suited to real-world mixing and production work.

A Brief History

How to Use It

Load Genesis Core on a track, bus, or master channel and load one of the included emulations.
Click CAL to calibrate the input correctly for the loaded emulation.
Use Sweet Spot metering and Auto Gain to keep levels aligned while shaping tone.
Adjust drive, gain, and processing entirely on CPU while accessing the same HQ 2 library support as the wider Genesis system.
